PAYOUTS

Clear models. Written terms. Trackable outcomes.

Payout conditions, qualification requirements, and settlement schedules are confirmed during onboarding.

MODELS

Three payout models

PAY PER CALL

Earn on qualified inbound calls that satisfy the written campaign requirements — duration, intent, routing, and disposition conditions.

PAY PER LEAD

Submit qualified homeowner requests through an approved server-to-server or form-post integration with real-time validation.

HYBRID

Combine calls and form events within one approved campaign when both conversion paths are supported.

BILLABLE CRITERIA

How a call becomes billable

Requirements vary by campaign and may include:

  • Connected duration threshold
  • Required caller intent
  • Approved geographic area
  • IVR qualification
  • Buyer acceptance
  • Correct routing
  • Valid caller information
  • Non-duplicate status
  • Disposition mapping
  • Compliance with approved traffic rules
REJECTION REASONS

Why events may be rejected

  • Duplicate caller or lead
  • Caller outside approved geography
  • No qualifying service intent
  • Wrong service category
  • Wrong number
  • Disconnected or insufficient-duration call
  • Equipment-only or parts-only inquiry
  • Fraudulent or manufactured activity
  • Coached caller
  • AI-generated or synthetic caller
  • Unapproved traffic source
  • Buyer rejection under campaign rules
  • Missing required data
  • Campaign cap already reached
NO MYSTERY REJECTIONS

Every rejection should have an auditable reason.

Where reporting is available, rejected events should carry a disposition or documented reason that helps the affiliate understand what occurred and identify whether a source, campaign, or targeting adjustment is needed.
